Argela is awarded with "Innovative 5G Service and Application Award" from GTI Awards at the Mobile World Congress 2024.

Argela, a subsidiary of Türk Telekom, was awarded with its UAV and Traffic Management System at the GTI Awards 2024 held at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2024).

Argela, Türk Telekom's subsidiary that creates value with its innovative solutions, has achieved significant success with its work. Argela, a subsidiary of Türk Telekom, which develops domestic technologies in 5G with engineers who are experts in their fields, returned with an award from the GTI Awards held at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.

Argela won the 'Innovative 5G Service and Application Award' with the UAV and Traffic Management System it is developing.

Argela CEO İsmail Emanet stated the following in his statement at the event:

'We are working to contribute to the digital transformation of our country under the leadership of Türk Telekom by carrying out R&D studies with our local engineers on new generation technologies. We focused on our country's goal of going beyond 5G and existing technologies with local and national elements. In this context, we produce projects aimed at innovation and the application of new generation technologies. We were proud to receive an award in the Innovative 5G Service and Application category from an international organization such as GTI Awards with our UAV and Traffic Management System project. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the project. I hope this award will be an inspiration to everyone who works and produces for Türkiye.'

- UAV Innovation Project from Türk Telekom

According to the information given at the event, Türk Telekom, together with Argela, launched the "UAV Innovation Project", which includes Türk Telekom eSim, Artificial Intelligence Supported UAV Traffic Management System (UTM) and 5G Communication technologies, to popularize commercial UAV applications and 5G services.

Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to develop 5G and Smart IT systems and to disseminate Türk Telekom product eSim supported UAVs and applications.

Türk Telekom group company Argela and its American subsidiary Netsia continue to maintain their leading role in information and communication technologies by developing the latest domestic technologies, with a vision that extends beyond 5G and existing technologies, with artificial intelligence, wireless communication, virtualization, autonomy and management systems. It is already preparing for the 6G era.
