Türk Telekom, which pioneered the digital transformation in Turkey, continues its work with the vision of being an institution that produces and exports technology. Argela, Türk Telekom's subsidiary that produces technological values, announced its cooperation with Azerbaijan's leading operator Azercell at the GSMA Mobile World Congress. Within the scope of the cooperation between Argela and Azercell, Azercell is expanding its network capabilities by integrating Argela's new generation Network and Customer Assurance products into its system.

Türk Telekom CEO Ümit Önal said, “With the vision of always being an institution ahead of the curve, we continue our projects to position Turkey as a country that produces and exports technology. Our subsidiary Argela, which creates added value by providing pioneering solutions in the field of technology, makes a significant contribution to the prestige of our country in the global arena with the products and projects it develops. "This cooperation with Azerbaijan's leading operator, Azercell, is the best example of transferring our technology experience to the countries in our region," he said.

Türk Telekom, which plays a leading role in positioning Turkey as a technology producing and exporting country with the domestic and national products it develops, carries out important works within the scope of this vision. Argela, Türk Telekom's subsidiary that produces innovative solutions, signed an important collaboration with Azerbaijan's leading mobile operator, Azercell, at the GSMA Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona. In this context, by integrating the new products of the Argela Network & Customer Assurance (NCA) platform into its system, Azercell aims to maximize customer experience. Argela NCA Product Package, which includes Real Time Monitoring (RTM), Service Quality Monitoring (SQM) and Customer Experience Management (CEM) platforms, allows network operators to gain end-to-end visibility on their networks and services with its structure based on big data analytics. The platform offers real-time monitoring and anomaly detection for voice and data services, including all popular OTT applications and video streaming services, and also provides important data on each subscriber's service experience.
